This series of paintings explores the deep relation and spiritual interaction between humans, nature and the ancestors. The ancestors live on in animals, plants, trees and water. In this way, the family tree is not limited physically to the human form, but is prolonged by animal and spirit forms, known as totems in modern psychology.
